Studio Display, Apple's newly released monitor, has already started to be the subject of users' complaints. Many users said that FaceTime is not working as expected and the monitor is giving the update error. One of the products that Apple introduced at the 'Peek Performance' event held in the past days was the monitor called Studio Display. The monitor, which was offered to users with standard glass and nano-textured glass options attracted great attention.
Although the monitor was appreciated by many users and attracted attention, it also drew reaction with its price. Nowadays, apart from the price of the monitor, complaints about different issues have started to come from the users. Numerous users said they encountered many problems during their first experience with their new monitor. The majority of the claims that appeared on Apple's discussion forum were that FaceTime did not work as expected and Studio Display crashed during the software update. The update error was confirmed by 50 more users on the forum, and many users said that they also received this error. It has been a great disappointment for users that such problems have already been encountered in Apple's highly anticipated monitor. While some users tried different methods to solve the problem, they started to share the methods they thought worked with each other. A user said that after closing Mac Studio, he removed the Studio screens and attached an LG monitor and was able to update the macOS software in this way. Although it is possible that the problem is caused by Apple servers, Apple has not yet made a statement on the subject.
