Samsung has finally officially confirmed
the cancellation of the Galaxy Note series. At Unpacked, the company, which
combines the Galaxy S22 Ultra with the S and Note series, answered questions.
It has long been rumored that Samsung
will cancel the Note series and merge it with the Galaxy S series. At Unpacked,
the company that introduced the Galaxy S22 Ultra smartphone with S-Pen support
had partially answered these questions. However, some users were still hoping
for a sequel to the Galaxy Note series. Today, Samsung Electronics Mobile CEO
TM Roh announced that the Galaxy Note series will no longer be available. The
company will continue on the road by combining the Galaxy S and Galaxy Note
series. This means that the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra smartphones will be
the latest models in this series. Thus, the company will continue to travel
with hybrid flagship smartphones.
Allegedly, the company`s main goal in
doing so is to focus on the foldable Galaxy Z series smartphones. Samsung is
also expected to introduce new smartphone series. The merger of the Galaxy S
and Note series is not really a very serious event. The Ultra models in the
Galaxy S series will now have the features of the Note series models.
