Honor not only introduced the Honor 90 series smartphones at its event today, but also announced a new wireless headset. Called Honor Earbuds X5, the model offers similar features to the recently launched Oppo Enco R2. Unfortunately, the wireless headphones do not have active noise canceling (ANC) technology. It comes in two color options, ice white and coral pink. It will go on sale in June with a price tag of $ 40.
Honor Earbuds X5 is equipped with 13.4mm drivers and connects via Bluetooth 5.3. Thanks to its multi-point connection support, it can be connected to two devices at the same time and makes it possible to switch between them. It should be noted that the headphones can be easily paired with Honor smartphones. In addition to all these, there is also support for touch control and ENC (environmental noise cancellation) for calls.
It has been announced that the Honor Earbuds X5 offers up to 27 hours of battery life with the charging case. The earphones provide a playback time of 5 hours on a single charge. There is no word yet on whether the new wireless headset will launch in international markets.
