Chinese giant
Xiaomi is expected to launch 12 new smartphones this year. Two of them will be
foldable smartphones, and the other two will be models of the Xiaomi 12
smartphone series.
This year will
be no different for Xiaomi, which sells dozens of new smartphone models every
year. The company is expected to introduce at least 12 new smartphone models
this year. According to Digital Chat Station, which is known for providing
accurate information, the code names of 12 new smartphones have been revealed
in Xiaomi`s codes. There are also some speculations about what will happen to
these smartphones.
According to
reports, the new smartphones, codenamed “munch”, “rubens”, “matisse” and “fog” will be models of the Redmi K50 series. This
series will include K50, K50 Pro, K50 Pro Plus and K50 Gaming Edition models.
These smartphones are expected to be equipped with Snapdragon 870, Dimensity
8000 and Dimensity 9000 processors. The Redmi K50 series is expected to launch
in mid-to-late February.
It is claimed that the
smartphones codenamed "thor" and "loki" will be smartphones
using the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and focused on the camera. These models
will also be included in the Xiaomi 12 series. The smartphones codenamed
"light" and "thunder" are expected to be Xiaomi Mi Mix Flip
and Xiaomi Mix Fold 2. In addition, the models codenamed "zizhan",
"zijin", "taoyao" and "opal" will be equipped
with processors from the Snapdragon 7 series and will be included in the Xiaomi
12 Lite series
