Microsoft has announced some
requirements for using Android applications in Windows 11. Support for Android
applications, which is considered the most serious innovation of the Windows 11
operating system, has already been activated for some users.
Microsoft said that Android applications
can also be used when introducing the Windows 11 operating system. This is
considered to be the most distinctive and major innovation of the new operating
system. The company, which has already activated this feature for some users,
said that there are some requirements for using Android applications. According
to Microsoft, the computer is recommended to have 16 GB of RAM for Android
applications to run smoothly. However, in general, your computer must have a
minimum of 8 GB of RAM to use this feature. Computers must also have an SSD.
That is, users using a hard disk will not be able to install Android
applications on their computers. In addition, computers using Windows 11 must
use a minimum 8th generation Intel Core i3 or AMD Ryzen 3000 series processor.
Otherwise, they will not be able to use Android applications. Note that from
mid-February, Amazon App Store support came to Windows 11. This way, users will
be able to easily download applications using this app store. Currently only
available to US users, this app store provides downloads for about 1,000
applications. It is unknown at this time when it will be released to other
users.
