 With the 22.9.0.70 beta version of WhatsApp's iOS application, users who want to set the 'Last Seen' feature began to see a new option other than 'Everyone', 'My Contacts' and 'Nobody'. Added 'My Contacts Except' option will enable you to turn off Last Seen for only certain contacts in the contacts.
Users will not be able to see the last time people who have Last Seen turned off, as with the Nobody option, were active on the platform. There is no information about when this feature, which is also included in the beta version of the Android application, will be available to all users.
