In the Beta version of WhatsApp, it is now possible to respond to messages with a smile. The new feature will be available to everyone in future updates.
Meta-owned WhatsApp is getting better every day. A new Beta version of the application has been released, which always introduces new features in the Beta version. According to WABetaInfo, this feature is already available in the new 2.22.83 Beta version of WhatsApp. This feature is currently enabled for a limited number of users. Thus, users will be able to respond to text messages with six emoticons. These include: Likes, Hearts, Laughter, Surprise, Sadness and Gratitude. Users will be able to respond to any message with one of these 6 emoticons. Although the limit is still with 6 emoticons, it is expected that all emoticons will be used in the next updates.
Note that the company first introduced this feature for Facebook Messenger. Initially, there was a limited number of emoticons, but later it became possible to use all the emoticons as a reaction. In the next stage, this feature was launched for Instagram. Now it comes to WhatsApp.
