First Android 13 Developer Preview has released

First Android 13 Developer Preview has released

Google has released the first preview version of Android 13 OS. The company releases the first version of the next operating system in February each year. Google says Android 13 will focus on security and privacy.

Given that Android 12L is in beta, Google has released the first preview version for Android 13. With Android 13, the company focuses on privacy and security. Therefore, the "System Image Selector" function in the operating system has been improved. When sharing an image that is already in the cloud and on a local system, the API is activated in the background, and the application to which the image is intended can only interfere with that image. Thus, applications cannot interfere with all images in the gallery. Google also plans to bring this feature to Android 11. In addition, devices connected to the same network will be able to find each other without activating the location.

Another important function will be the Monet system, which uses the Material You function. Google will make it possible for anyone to create dynamic themes with this system. Android themes will be able to get different colors depending on the selected image and colors. Initially activated only for Google, the system will be available to all smartphone manufacturers in future versions. It is planned to introduce Android 13 together with the Pixel 7 smartphone.
