A new and malicious virus has been discovered in Ukraine: CaddyWiper

 According to ESET, a new and malicious program CaddyWiper has been discovered in Ukraine. It should be noted that this is the third malware program recently detected in Ukraine.

 The number of cyber attacks in Ukraine is growing every day. ESET, a well-known security and antivirus company, said on its Twitter account that a new and malicious software called CaddyWiper has been discovered. This virus can delete all data from the internal memory of vulnerable devices. This program has been discovered in some government agencies and systems. On the other hand, he said that the virus is not code-like with other dangerous viruses. That is, they are not as dangerous. Jean-Ian Boutin, one of the leaders of ESET, said, “The new virus program is dangerous and can erase all data when it infects systems. However, it is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post."

 ESET had previously discovered a new virus program called HermeticWiper on February 23 and IsaacWiper on February 24. As with CaddyWiper, these virus programs have been detected in Ukraine and have different levels of risk.
