The Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro were the world's first smartphones equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The Xiaomi 14 series sold out in just four hours, breaking the previous year's "first-day and full-day sales" record in China.
Xiaomi generated about 1.36 billion dollars in revenue. The average price of Xiaomi 14 series devices was set at 620 dollars.
Several factors played a role in the superior sales performance of the Xiaomi 14 series. These include an impressive design, an improved iteration of the Xiaomi 13 series, the inclusion of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and a completely new HyperOS operating system. Both smartphones also feature the Leica-optimized Light Hunter 900 main camera, in addition to the unique Leica Summilux lens, which provides a high-quality photographer experience.
There is currently no information on the global release date of the 14 series. However, the first months of next year seem possible.
