Xiaomi`s new smartwatches: Redmi Watch 5 Active and Redmi Watch 5 Lite!

Introduced as the successor to Redmi Watch 3 Active and priced similarly to its predecessor, the Redmi Watch 5 Active model brings significant new features. The display size has increased from 1.83 inches to 2 inches with the use of an IPS LCD panel. The battery capacity has also increased from 289 mAh to 470 mAh, offering up to 18 days of usage.

The Redmi Watch 5 Active supports voice calls via Bluetooth. Thanks to the dual microphones, your voice is transmitted more clearly. It features 24-hour heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen tracking, and stress monitoring throughout the day. With a larger display, more modern aesthetics, and a more user-friendly interface, it stands out.

According to Xiaomi, it offers 18 days of battery life under normal usage and 12 days under heavy usage, making it quite competitive compared to other recently introduced smartwatches.

Though not available in our region, built-in support for Amazon Alexa voice assistant also attracts attention.
