Update on accounts you have blocked from Instagram!

Instagram has shared a new adjustment. "Updates on how we protect users from abuse" officially heralded the start of a new era. When you block someone, that person's other accounts will be blocked automatically. So this person makes it very difficult to communicate with you again. So, the new blocking mechanism that came into force last year made it possible to block the account of the person who is bothering you, as well as to block new accounts created by that person. Now other accounts created by this person long ago will also be blocked. Another explanation made in the relevant announcement is related to the automatic filtering of harmful content.

Content creators are protected

Now there will be a "Creator account" for content owners (influencers). People using this account will be able to use the Hidden Words feature immediately without the need to activate it beforehand. Content owners who want to take advantage of such an advantage must have more than ten thousand followers. Those who wish can disable this system. Hidden Words, which claims to protect people from abusive comments and other harmful content (like scammers), will also protect people who post stories. These people will not be pressured either. At the same time, bloggers will be repeatedly reminded to be respectful when sending messages. In addition, there will be a mechanism to nudge people who send offensive messages or rude comments. People trying to send malicious messages will receive a warning that tells them that their behavior is a bad choice. This system will currently be available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Chinese or Arabic. Offensive messages from people you don't follow (also for "Story" posts) will be moved to the "Hidden Requests" section of the "Requests" folder.
