POCO, one of Xiaomi's sub-brands, has managed to make a sound especially in recent years with its budget-oriented phone models. In this context, the brand will launch the POCO X5 and X5 Pro models in the coming weeks. Shortly before the definition of smartphones, the top model of the series, POCO X5 Pro, began to be listed on European-based retail sites.
According to the listings, the Poco X5 Pro will have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels. Details such as the refresh rate and HDR support of this panel are not yet known. However, we can say that the 120Hz support in POCO X4 Pro will be preserved. Under the hood, the new device will be supported by Snapdragon 778G processor, 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support and 6/128GB, 8/256GB configurations.
On the back, the Poco X5 Pro will welcome us with a triple camera setup consisting of 1/1.52'' f/1.9 108MP (0.7µm pixels) primary, 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro sensors. This setup will be accompanied by a 16MP selfie sensor. Other highlights of the device include IP68 certification and Gorilla Glass 5.
The price of the Poco X5 Pro, which will be available in blue, black and yellow, is not yet known. However, during the launch, POCO X4 Pro was introduced with prices starting from 300 euros. The upcoming model is expected to maintain a similar price range.
