Samsung presented its first phone in 2023: 350 manats

South Korean technology giant Samsung entered the new year with an affordable smartphone. The company introduced the Galaxy A14 5G today. While the new model is similar to last year's Galaxy A13 5G, it raises the bar a bit higher with an improved display and a more advanced front camera. Samsung has included a 6.6-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2,220 × 1,080 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. Although the Galaxy A13 5G model had the same refresh rate, it offered a resolution of 1,600 × 720 pixels. In this respect, there is an improvement in the panel. The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset. The smartphone has 4/6 GB RAM and 64/128 GB storage options. Users will be able to expand the device's memory up to 1 TB with a microSD card if they need it.

Coming with One UI 5 based on Android 13

The Galaxy A14 5G has a 13-megapixel selfie camera on the front. On the back, there is a triple camera system with a 50-megapixel main sensor. The device, which takes the energy it needs from its 5,000 mAh battery with 15-watt charging support, comes out of the box with One UI 5.0 based on Android 13. The Galaxy A14 5G will be available starting January 12 in the US for a starting price of $200. According to a statement from the Samsung Belgium office, the smartphone will also be launched in Europe in mid-March. Although there is no definite information yet, it is said that the European price will start from 230 euros.
