Redmi is preparing to launch its new smartphone series Redmi Note 14.
Information appearing on various certification platforms in China suggests that this series may be introduced soon. Last month, China Radio Certification platform certified three new phones from Xiaomi with model numbers 24115RA8EC, 24094RAD4C and 24094RAD4C. Later, another device with model number 24090RA29C was also reported to have passed 3C certification. This device is expected to be called Redmi Note 14.
The 3C certification indicates that this new model can be equipped with a charger model number MDY-17-EE. Recall that the previous model Redmi Note 13 was equipped with a Dimensity 6080 chipset and offered 33W fast charging support. The Redmi Note 14 is estimated to offer up to 45W fast charging support.
The specifications of the Redmi Note 14 series have not been officially announced yet, but the device is expected to be launched later this month or in September. Apart from this, the global and Indian versions of the Redmi Note 14 are also said to be coming. Model numbers 24094RAD4G and 24094RAD4I appearing in the IMEI database indicate that these variants may be available in other markets in January 2025.
According to the received information, Redmi Note 14 Pro and Note 14 Pro+ models will be equipped with Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 and Dimensity 7350 chipsets, respectively. Both devices are thought to feature a 50-megapixel triple rear camera unit and curved OLED displays with 1.5K resolution support.
The new Redmi Note 14 series is expected to gain a significant place in the smartphone market and these highly anticipated models are expected to offer innovative features to the users.
