TCL which has signed price-performance-oriented devices when it comes to smartphones and home electronics, quietly announced its new smartphone TCL 40R 5G today. What does the budget-friendly model, which attracts attention with 5G support, offer? Here are the details

TCL 40R 5G features

Introduced today and essentially a budget phone, the TCL 40R 5G houses a  6.6-inch HD+ IPS display with a waterdrop notch on its front panel. In addition, the new phone, which has a triple camera design consisting of 50MP main, 2MP macro and 2MP depth sensor, will be presented to users with a 5,000 mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. On the chipset side, the TCL 40R 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 platform with 2 Cortex-A76 and 6 Cortex-A55 cores running at 2.2 GHz. In addition, the new phone, equipped with a microSD card slot, 4GB RAM and 64/126GB storage capacity, comes out of the box with TCL UI 4.0 based on Android 12.

According to the statement made by TCL, the TCL 40R 5G will be offered to users in with prices starting from  400  manats.
