Opera becomes the first browser to offer TikTok integration

Opera Software has integrated the TikTok short video service into its popular desktop browser. The Norwegian company has added an option to Opera's sidebar that enables quick access to TikTok. Thus, the platform can be accessed without opening a separate application or a new tab. Opera has a very functional sidebar. To activate the new feature, you need to right-click on the sidebar and bring up the settings menu. After enabling TikTok from the Messengers section, the relevant option will appear on the left side of the browser. "TikTok has evolved from a platform full of funny, short videos to a source of entertainment, news and inspiration. Opera responds to our users' demand for TikTok to be at their fingertips," said Opera product director Joanna Czajka.

Quick access to TikTok via the browser can be practical for those who want to upload the videos they edited on their computer to the platform. Opera's sidebar also provides quick access to many platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Twitter and Instagram.
