Apple is reportedly testing the iOS 18.0.1 update. The latest iOS version will focus on fixing various issues that have been recently seen on iPhones.
According to sources close to Apple, the company is currently testing iOS 18.0.1. This update will include fixes for several different bugs reported by iPhone and iPad users.
The iOS 18.0.1 update is expected to be a minor release focused on bug fixes. Among the issues that are expected to be resolved are touchscreen problems affecting the iPhone 16 series and some older models, and a bug that causes the Messages app to crash when a shared Apple Watch face is sent. Additionally, the iPadOS 18 update that made M4 chip iPad Pros unusable may also be addressed.
It is unclear when iOS 18.0.1 will be released, but it will come before iOS 18.1, which is set to launch in October.
