Motorola Edge 40 and Edge 40 Pro features announced

It has been known for a long time that Motorola is preparing new flagship phones for the global market. This family, consisting of Motorola Edge 40 and Motorola Edge 40 Pro models, seems to appeal to the upper level in every aspect. Because all the technical details of the devices have been leaked.

Motorola Edge 40 Pro expected features

According to the leak source, Motorola Edge 40 Pro will come with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The device, which is expected to come with a 6.67-inch curved pOLED display with Full HD + resolution, HDR10 +, Dolby Vision and DCI-P3 color gamut support, is expected to reach a peak brightness of 1300 nits. This screen will also have a 165 Hz refresh 360 Hz touch sampling rate. Moto Edge 40 Pro, which is stated to have an aluminum frame with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection on the front and back, will have an IP68 water and dust resistance rating. Moto Edge 40 Pro will come with a 4600mAh battery with 125W wired, 15W wireless and 5W reverse charging. On the camera side, there will be a 50MP (f/1.8) main rear camera with OIS support, a 12MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera. The front camera is expected to be 60 MP.

On the Moto Edge 40 side, under its hood, there will be 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB of storage. While these features are accompanied by the MediaTek Dimensity 8020 chip, a 4400mAh battery is expected on the battery side. The screen of the phone, which is expected to come with a 6.55-inch Full HD + pOLED screen, is said to offer a 144 Hz refresh rate HDR10 + and 1200 nits brightness. On the rear camera side, there is a 50MP f/1.4 main camera with OIS support and a 13MP ultra-open camera, while a 32MP camera is expected on the front.
