A study was conducted on AI usage among PC and MAC users. As a result of the research, it was revealed that MAC users use artificial intelligence more.
Artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly popular today. Especially with the development of productive artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT and Midjourney, many people's attention has focused on this field.
According to a report by Ukrainian software company Setapp, 42 percent of Mac users use AI-based applications on a daily basis. Additionally, 63 percent of users believe that AI applications are more useful than traditional applications.
The report also lists the most popular artificial intelligence applications. Chief among these applications are Google's AI Bard and Microsoft's Bing.
Additionally, applications such as TypingMind, Elephas, Spark, Notion, Grammarly, Craft, Luminar Neo, MacGPT, Asana, Raycast and MacWhisper are also popular among users.
"Artificial intelligence applications have become an important part of users' daily workflows," said Setapp Product Leader Mykola Savin. "These applications help users work more efficiently, and that is why users continue to adopt this technology."
Mac application developers are also keeping up with this trend; 44 percent have already implemented artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and 28 percent are working on integrating this technology. This study, part of an annual report, involved 1,241 Mac users. 70 percent of survey respondents own a Mac with an M1 or M2 chip.
