Lenovo Flex 5 Chromebook has a 14-inch IPS touchscreen display with 1920x1200 pixel resolution. Thanks to its 360-degree hinge, the laptop offers four different ways of use; laptop, tent, stand and tablet. The display offers 60 Hz refresh rate, 300 nits peak brightness, 800:1 contrast ratio, 45% NTSC colour gamut.

Lenovo's new Chromebook is slim and portable, with 2 USB-C ports, 1 USB-A port, 1 microSD card slot and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The base model of the Chromebook comes with an Intel i3-1315U processor. It comes with 8 GB of RAM (LPDDR4x, 4266), 128 GB of eMMC 5.1 storage, and a 256 GB/512 GB PCIe 4.0 SSD.
The Chromebook features stereo speakers (2W x2) optimised with Waves MaxxAudio to improve sound quality. A 1080p web camera with fixed focus is available. All we know about the battery is that it comes with a Li-Polymer 51Wh battery.
Lenovo has not announced the price of the new IdeaPad Flex 5 Chromebook, but the starting price is expected to be around $400.
