The xAI team launched Grok last year as an AI assistant, but it was exclusively available to premium subscribers. Recently, users in specific countries have reported testing Grok's free version via the X platform.

According to users, the free version of Grok allows the generation of 10 visuals every two hours and limits image analysis to 3 per day. For additional features, a premium subscription is required.
