Although Nova Flip is a design-oriented phone, it is also ambitious in terms of durability. It is reported that the phone, which has passed the tough tests of SGS Switzerland and has a folding rating of 1.2 million, has a water drop hinge design.

When we look at the exterior of the phone, we see a 2.14-inch OLED cover screen right next to the dual camera. Inside, there is a 6.94-inch LTPO OLED panel with FHD+ resolution and 1-120Hz refresh rate. The cover screen also functions as a viewfinder for the main camera and can run some applications such as weather, music and calendar.

On the camera side, there is a 50 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultra-wide lens and a 32 MP front camera setup. Huawei has not revealed the chipset or the amount of RAM in the Nova Flip, but previous leaks have indicated that it has a Kirin 8000 chipset.

On the software side, it comes loaded with the HarmonyOS 4.2 operating system, which has various artificial intelligence features such as removing objects from images, text selection from images and image creation. Nova Flip also comes with a 4400 mAh capacity battery that supports 66 W wired charging speed.

Huawei Nova Flip, which comes in green, pink, white and black colour options, will be available in China from 10 August with a price tag of $ 744 for the 256 GB storage version, $ 798 for the 512 GB version and $ 911 for the 1 TB capacity model.
