A successor to last year's X9b model, the new Honor X9c impresses with an enhanced battery and durability. Let’s take a closer look at what it offers.
The sturdy body of the Honor X9c withstands drops from 2 meters, making it the most durable phone by the company to date. Rated highly in SGS Durability tests, the phone's exterior is scratch-resistant. Honor notes that it was tested by being rubbed with steel wool 3,000 times. Additionally, the device has an IP65M certification, providing 360-degree protection against water jets.
The Honor X9c also excels in battery performance. Compared to the X9b’s 5,800 mAh, the new model offers 6,600 mAh, providing up to 26 hours of online video playback. Fast charging has also been boosted to 66W.
Display: A 6.78-inch curved OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1224 x 2700 resolution. The display supports 10-bit color and reaches up to 4000 nits peak brightness.
In the camera department, a 108 MP main camera (with OIS) enables 3x lossless zoom and 4K video recording. The front features a 16 MP selfie camera.
