iPhone 15 Pro models and the upcoming iPhone 15 series are compatible with Apple Intelligence. iOS 18 artificial intelligence features were not specified when introduced, but Apple Intelligence is rumoured to be paid.

Apple Intelligence will be rolled out gradually. Apple has begun rolling out some AI features with iOS 18 beta versions, likely to be officially available to all users (although labelled as beta) shortly after the iPhone 16 series goes on sale. The all-new Siri is also expected near the end of the year or in 2025. Analysts claim that Apple may charge for some Apple Intelligence features.

Neil Shah of Counterpoint Research said that investing in artificial intelligence is expensive, and Apple will want to pass this cost on to its users. Shah said Apple may charge $10 to $20 for more advanced AI features and will include Apple Intelligence in its Apple One subscription.

Apple introduced Apple Intelligence with the first developer beta of iOS 18.1. However, it is currently only available when the iPhone language is set to English, the region is set to America, and some of the introduced features, including ChatGPT integration, are missing.
