Nokia, which was purchased for 5 billion Euros in 2014 as part of Microsoft's Windows smartphone studies, soon said goodbye to the smartphone market with a shock decision.

In 2016, the Nokia brand, which was acquired by the Finnish HMD Global consortium and started operating again, had appeared in certain markets with different smartphone models for about 7 years.
However, HMD Global, which did not want to rely too much on the Nokia brand because it could not return to its old glory days, started producing smartphones with its own brand late last year. The expected news came early this year.

HMD Global will only sell smartphones of its own brand from now on and will not use the Nokia brand. It is also stated that the company will also produce tablets and fully wireless headphones. This development shows that Nokia smartphones will now be completely removed from the market.
