Every side of the foldable "iPhone" can be touch sensitive!

Apple has received a patent for the current iPhone design and touch-sensitive control areas for the foldable iPhone. The scope of the patent is extremely wide and shows that the usage areas of the touchpads can be almost anywhere on the device. As it will be remembered, we mentioned in our previous news that Apple will remove the physical keys and include touch keys with the iPhone 15. The new patent received supports these rumors. Although this patent has been taken for the foldable iPhone, this may show Apple's vision.

Apple's new patent is registered as "Electronic Devices with Display and Touch Sensor Structures". Accordingly, it can be said that Apple will include touchpads on the sides of curved or foldable iPhones. The scope of these touch controls is wide in the patent. It is said that a touchpad can be placed on the back of the device from the screen control, to the camera shutter and even for games.

Of course, this patent by Apple does not show that the next iPhone will have full touchpads. However, such patents are important in terms of revealing the future vision of the companies. Therefore, we may soon see that the physical keys on iPhones are completely removed.
