The Highly Anticipated Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Unveiled
During the Galaxy Unpacked event, all details about the price and features of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra were revealed. The Galaxy S25 Ultra release date and other information are shared below:
Samsung introduced its highly anticipated Galaxy S25 series during the Galaxy Unpacked event. The new series comes with more advanced and enhanced Galaxy AI capabilities and is also positioned as the most powerful in the Android ecosystem. During the event, the flagship model, Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, was presented with its price and features disclosed. Wondering when the Galaxy S25 Ultra will launch? All questions have been answered.
It’s All About Artificial Intelligence
Samsung has further advanced the Galaxy AI features in the Galaxy S25 Ultra and the rest of the series. Accessing AI no longer requires opening a separate app in the Galaxy S25 series. By long-pressing the side button, you can directly engage in natural language conversations with Google Gemini and assign tasks. For instance, you can ask Gemini to “List the places mentioned in this video and save them as a Note.”
As of this year, Bixby will no longer be the default assistant for the Galaxy S25 series. Instead, Gemini will take over as the primary assistant, activated by the side button. Bixby will still remain available as a standalone app on the device.
With Gemini, you can add important dates to your calendar and even send them via email to someone else. Initially, these features will work on Google Workspace and native Samsung apps, with support for WhatsApp and Spotify coming soon.
Galaxy AI Features
One standout Galaxy AI feature is Now Brief, which understands your daily routines to deliver AI-supported sleep analyses and personalized summaries. Additionally, Now Brief integrates with Now Bar to display on the lock screen. Samsung Now Bar redefines personalization by integrating your daily actions and most-used apps directly onto your lock screen.
Your routines are not just understood but also automated. For example, if you get into your car at the same time every day and turn on Bluetooth, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will automate this process for you. You can also customize these routines.
With the Cross-app Action feature, you can search for restaurants by simply speaking and instantly send the location to your friend via message. No need to open multiple apps at the same time.
Thanks to AI Portrait Photography, you can capture photos with realistic tones and natural skin textures, even in backlit conditions. Using the My Filter feature, you can give your photos a more stylish look or create your own filters from saved photos, either during or after the shooting. Similarly, the Nightography Video feature applies advanced AI-supported stabilization for detailed and clear night video recording.
The Galaxy AI also includes features like Circle to Search from previous models, which will be available in the Galaxy S25 Ultra and other family members. Samsung also mentions that they’ve developed the NPU-supported ProVisual Engine, which enhances camera and editing capabilities.
The Galaxy S25 series aims to integrate artificial intelligence into every corner of the device, offering a highly personalized experience. For instance, you can ask the phone to find a photo or video based on specific elements you remember or request it to adjust settings without manual navigation.
