Continuing its preparations for One UI 6.0 based on Android 14, Samsung had previously started testing the One UI 5.1.1 beta version. Today, the Korean giant announced Galaxy devices that will receive the One UI 5.1.1 update. So which devices are on the list? Let's take a look together.

For those who don't know, the One UI 5.1.1 update will include important innovations, especially for foldable devices. Accordingly, old generation devices such as Galaxy Z Fold/Flip 4, Fold/Flip 3, Fold 2 and Galaxy Flip will have various features that we encounter in Galaxy Z Fold5/Flip 5. The first of these is the Multi Window mode. This feature will allow the simultaneous use of two applications without any interruption during media playback. Also, Galaxy Z Fold 4, Z Flip5 and Tab S8 will get pop-up multitasking capability with the option to open apps, reposition their layout, switch between them or hide them. It will be possible to quickly switch from the pop-up view to the multi-window mode. Another feature coming to Galaxy tablets and foldables is the two-handed drag and drop function. Thus, users will be able to quickly select multiple files.

On the other hand, the Watch 5 and Watch 4 series will get the Sleep Information feature, which provides detailed reporting of the sleep score. Older Galaxy Watch users will be offered more watch face options and a feature that allows it to act as a remote shutter for compatible Galaxy phones.
