Chinese giant Alibaba is also developing a competitor to ChatGPT

Chinese Alibaba Group announced that Open AI has developed an artificial intelligence system similar to the popular ChatGPT chatbot that has marked the last period. The chatbot the company is working on is reportedly currently in the internal testing phase. In the future, Alibaba may integrate the AI-based chatbot into its DingTalk communication app, which offers Zoom-like features. Company officials have so far declined to comment on the matter. Here is the explanation:

“Since the founding of DAMO [Alibaba Research Institute] in 2017, we have focused on advanced innovations such as large language models and productive artificial intelligence. As a technology leader, we continue to invest in the integration of advanced technologies into applications through cloud services to benefit our customers and their customers. We will."

ChatGPT has gained immense popularity around the world in the last few months. The chatbot was created by Open AI powered by Microsoft. The software giant invested $1 billion in the developer in 2019. He recently announced that he will be investing billions of dollars more in Open AI over the next few years.

In addition to all this, Microsoft has already started to integrate artificial intelligence algorithms from Open AI into its products such as the Bing search engine and the Edge browser. Google, which did not stand idle against these attempts, introduced its own ChatGPT alternative called Bard.
